How to play ?
On the main page there are many kinds of cases. Each case contains several specific items. After the game starts, the roulette with items begins to spin and then it stops on the item you won. You can pick up this item and send it to your Steam account or sell it on the site and get a balance on your item cost account. To test your luck, click the "OPEN CASE" button in the middle of the page. Good luck!
I have money on my Steam account, but now they are not displayed. Why?
Steam Money are not appropriate to this site. You should fill up the balance on https://force-drop.com directly.
I wanted to pay 100USD, but received an error in payment process. Why?
Please try making multiple payments of smaller amount. Sometimes there can be limitations on your payment account, but making couple transactions with smaller amounts will solve the problem.

When I click "Get" item, I get an error: "Failed to send you prize"
Bot cannot send you item in the following cases:
1. You have blocked trade (came with the new device, recently changed the password / e-mail, changed the Steam Guard security settings have VAC-ban, etc.).
2. You have hidden inventory in Steam privacy settings (Check it)
3. Check your trade-link in profile and Steam settings – they should be matched.
4. Bot is having problems with the Steam connection; it happens quite often, the problem is in the Steam, this is not about you. Bot could also be banned, in this case, contact the Help Desk and describe the problem in detail (anna1324loseva@gmail.com)

Before opening Cases
Please, be sure to check your account trades on Steam, otherwise our bot will not be able to send you your items. Open your inventory, make sure that there is no 7 days ban after the password had been changed and Steam Guard is working properly.
